LONDON (Alliance News) – Alcatel-Lucent Bell Pensioenfonds ofp holds a 13.01% stake in London-listed Camellia PLC following a transaction on Monday.
The Alcatel-Lucent pension fund, which held no stake or one below notifiable interest before the transaction, holds its current stake through 359,400 shares.
Camellia, which operates agriculture, engineering and food service units as well as an investment division, saw shares trading up 1.8% on Tuesday at 11,250.0 pence.
At that price, the Alcatel-Lucent pension fund’s stake is worth about GBP40 million.
