LONDON (Alliance News) – Clear Leisure PLC on Monday said it has raised GBP150,000 after placing 13.0 million shares at 1.15 pence each.
The investment company focused on the Italian leisure and real estate sectors said the funds will be used for general working capital and to help fund the current litigation to recover past investments that was announced earlier this month on July 7.
The new shares represent around 4.3% of the company’s enlarged issued share capital.
Clear Leisure shares were down 1.7% on Monday afternoon at 1.20 pence.
