LONDON (Alliance News) – The Scottish Oriental Smaller Companies Trust PLC said Tuesday Non-Executive Jeremy Whitley and members of his family bought shares worth GBP437,002.
Whitley bought 4,000 shares at a price of 1,062.00 pence each for a total of GBP42,480, while people closely associated with Whitley also purchased 37,000 shares worth GBP394,522.
Anna Whitley bought 7,000 shares at 1075.59 pence each, worth a total of GBP75,291. Nicholas Whitley bought 7,000 shares at 1064.80 pence each, worth a total of GBP74,536.
Tessa Whitley bought a total of 16,000 shares worth GBP170,184. Catherine Whitley bought a total of 7,000 shares worth GBP74,511.
Follow the transactions, which all took place on Tuesday, the total holding of the director was not disclosed.
Shares in The Scottish Oriental Smaller Companies Trust closed down 0.1% at 1,064.50 pence on Tuesday.
