LONDON (Alliance News) – Triple Point Social Housing REIT PLC said on Friday two directors bought shares in the company.
Christopher Phillips bought 25,000 shares at 100 pence per share on Tuesday, the transaction totalling GBP25,000. Centaurea Investments Ltd, a company controlled by Philips, also bought 25,000 shares at 102.5p on Friday for a total value of GBP25,625.
Peter Coward bought 25,000 shares at 100p per share on Tuesday, totalling GBP25,000.
The company did not disclose their respective total interests in the company following the transaction.
Triple Point Social Housing was admitted to trading on the London Main Market on Tuesday. The trust placed 200 million shares at 100p per share to raise GBP200 million at its initial public offering.
Shares in Triple Point Social Housing closed down 0.1% at 102.37 pence on Friday.
